Owner/Director

As the owner/director of Across Therapy, Inc. I am blessed to be able to utilize my life experiences, education, and past employment to offer therapy for those who need assistance along the way. I believe individuals know what is best for themselves, and believe healing is a collaborative undertaking to develop a life balance emotional, physically, and spiritually. I follow a person-centered approach to empower and motivate you through the therapeutic process. I will draw from a variety of methods to create an individualized non-judgmental approach with you. Currently, I offer therapy for female and male client from ages nine and up, and have experience and training, to assist in areas of depression, anxiety, OCD, grief, anger management, trauma, substance abuse, sexual reactive and relational problems. I also provide therapy for adults with co-occurring mild intellectual disability. Take that first step and contact my office to schedule your initial appointment.
